Drop In DVD

Hi all.  couldn't find an e-mail address for Drop In so had to post here?  Anyone know e-mail address?
I got the Drop In season 4 DVD for birthday recently and have to say i'm really disapointed!!  the quallity is pretty bad, much worse than watching on tv!    anyone else have these probs?
It's a real shame 'cos I love the show.
